What is your return policy?

Please note that all items purchased with code PRESALE20 and all items purchased during our Black Friday sale (November 28th, 2019 - December 2nd, 2019) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

We want you to love our clothes as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, eligible items, or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery. 

Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.

Your return must be approved via customerservice@mishanonoo.com before shipping. Please state your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper Return Authorization form will not be accepted. 

Returned or exchanged items will need be shipped to NONOO LLC in New York, NY.

Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible,  but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.

Please note that sale items and all personalized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Please note that any Shipping and/ or Duties Charges on International Orders that may incur are not refundable.

How much is shipping?

All our items ship from Hong Kong. We offer free shipping for orders of £125 or more. For orders less than £125 a £27 shipping fee occurs.

When will my account be refunded?

Once your package arrives at our returns center, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days. We’ll send you an email when this transaction is complete. Note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the money to your account.

Is there an extended return policy for the holidays?

Yes! Any eligible* items purchased between November 15th 2019 - December 24th 2019 are eligible for return or exchange until January 10th 2020. 

*Items must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. Personalized items and any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our full return policy above for more information.
